Healthy Malibu Mocktail

One of the reasons that I love this coconut pro-biotic is that it has become a part of my daily routine. Every day I am having my pro-biotics in my food with such ease. I add it to my smoothies - my chia puddings and to all sorts of food so not only do i gain the benefits of the coconut water - pro-biotics and Aloe Vera - but it also tastes delicious.

My Favorite summer recipe is a Malibu Mock tail . It tastes just like the real thing. Mix Pineapple - Ice - a little water and some coconut concentrate to taste .(Add some fresh mint if you have some) Blend together and sink back into the banana lounge - woa - it's good.

And what a way to get your pre - biotic and pro - biotic happening in such a delicious way
