  Leo's are said to possess class and style, courage and confidence, catural leaders that enjoy an excess of energy that they love to share with those around them, but can be bossy show offs and let their pride overrule all others.

The Leo Male loves to copulate and feels that SEX is the supreme gift that you give to the world.

The male is a highly competitive animal. When in balance they strike a very proud figure and you WILL feel their incredible presence. Centre stage is a very comfortable position for them.

The female is generally involved in community and puts in outstanding efforts in their communities e.g. The Lions Club

Health Issues commonly are :

The heart, motor nerves (which regulate movement) and the blood are intimately related and are the most vulnerable components of Leo Bodies. Circulation.Soar Plexus problems. The 6^th Vertebra is often a problem – the one affected by Pride.

The Liver. The very virile Leo Male needs to ensure that the Prostrate is emptied to avoid problems in this area.

Many Leos have problems in the middle of the night. Leo Children often have a fear of the dark. Leo very commonly have many surgical intrusions

 They need to avoid acid forming foods or substances -Acid/Alkaline/PH

In view to their emotional tendencies which strain the nerves and heart, it is not surprising that Leos often suffer from a deficiency of the mineral salt Magnesium Phosphate. This is the important nutrient involved in regulating nerve and muscle impulses, especially those which govern the heart.

 Vitamin E is advised for the Leo to aid circulation and strengthen the heart.
