Anxiety

There are many levels of Anxiety and like everything else in life it is about where it sits in the balance of things that will determine how concerning it is.

Anxiety is a state of hyper-arousal due to concern, apprehension, etc. It is useful as it gives us information about the situation around us (part of the fight or flight mechanism), but becomes problematic when it occurs too much of the time as in anxiety disorders. In such cases (depending on severity), your brain is in a constant state of stress and produces too much cortisol which can result in amygdala enlargement, and prefrontal cortex and hippocampus shrinkage.

While anxiety is part of natures natural fight or flight defence – in it’s extreme it can be a horrible experience of fear to the extreme. I have found that clients that have come to me suffering from severe Anxiety have all had an underlying anger problem that generally is too painful for them to deal with. One client was unable to get to school would buckle up in a foetal position while her heart raced with fear. She also didn’t cope in confined spaces – lifts of stairwells & airoplanes.

Treatment with a combination of   herbsbach flowers, minerals  & essential oils aimed at relieving underlying fears and instilling confidence along with strengthening her nervous system and spleen made a huge difference  and in a flash she took the action she needed to and fled to another country to pursue her university studies and her career. She fled the uncomfortable experiences that she was faced with on home territory and changed her life dramatically.

It is my experience that with extreme Anxiety there is often an underlying anger or fear of a potential situation arising that is being suppressed. It’s like the pot boiling with a lid on and at some point it boils over into an anxiety attack at your body needs a release. It is an uncomfortable ,overwhelming release of suppressed fears and anger that for some reason is unable to be expressed. Often the sufferer is quite oblivious to what the actual trigger is this is where iridology shines as it is a really helpful tool to reveal the issue

Anxiety symptoms can range in intensity but may include any of the following :
