Essential oils – to help reduce stress during day and at night.
SLEEPY BATHTIME

Massage the oils into the body before having an essential oil bath. Use 30 drops of any of the oils listed on this page to 30 ml of vegetable oil or your favourite oil blend. For individual massages add 5 drops of essential oil to a teaspoon of vegetable oil or 10 drops per dessertspoon. Massage over the entire body including the neck and shoulders. You can do this while the bath is running. Put 4 drops of your favourite oil into the bath and slowly sink in and marinate away your stress. The aroma will gently waft through your home taking all within it into a relaxed calm state. Adding Bach Flowers or Bush flowers to the bath will take it to yet another level of blissfull calm.
