A recent study has shown that there is a statistically significant trend towards a lower prevelance of Dementia among those with higher dietary Fish intake.
14960 older adults aged 65 and under were trialled from China,India,Cuba,the Dominican Republic,venezuela,Mexico and peru.
It concluded that the intake of fish reduced dementia by approximatly 20%. Meat intake was associated with an increase in dementia
