The Postage and handling for all orders under $110.00 is calculated by weight and destination.

Your E-Parcel details are emailed to you on despatch and you are able to track the progress of your parcel.

You are  also able to choose Express post this will be calculated at the checkout by weight and destination

The Freight on international orders is calculated by weight & Destination. International parcels are sent by Australia Post and you are

able to choose the speed of shipping at the checkout.

Simply add your goods to the cart and proceed to the checkout where you will be able to see the cost of the freight  nd average time frame for delivery before you buy.

Important(Australian Orders): Unless advised by you our courier will require a delivery signature.

If you know you will not be home and would like the goods to be left without a signature please let us know in the additional information section

of your order and we can direct the courier to leave the goods in a safe place for you. Please note that we cannot accept responsability for goods left without a signature

If a signature is required and you are not home a card is left and your parcel is then left at the nearest Post Office for collection

We do our absolute best to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as we possibly can.

On the rare occasion that we are short of stock you would promptly receive an email advising you of the expected time of despatch.

 Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error(you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
