For international orders please contact us with the exact address and the product required and we will quote you on freight.
Postage and handling costs for all orders is calculated by weight and destination. Some products attract free freight and this is noted on the product.
You will be able to see the freight options and cost at checkout prior to making your payment. Your E-Parcel or parcel-post details are emailed to you on despatch and you are able to track the progress of your parcel.
Simply add your goods to the cart and proceed to the checkout where you will be able to see the freight cost and average time frame for delivery before you buy.
Important (Australian Orders)
If you know you will not be home and would like the goods to be left without a signature, please let us know and we can direct the courier to leave the goods in a safe place. Please note that we cannot accept responsability for goods left without a signature.
If a signature is required and you are not home a card is left and your parcel is then left at the nearest Post Office for collection.
We do our absolute best to process your order quickly and efficiently as we possibly can.On the rare occasion that we are short of stock you would promptly receive an email advising you of the expected time of despatch.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. However there are NO refunds opened items unless faulty.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
