What is it for?

Assists in the treatment of minor skin disorders and inflammations including relief of symptoms of acne, eczema, cold sores, dermatitis, urticaria, the effects of psoriasis on the skin and the pain and itching of shingles.

Helpful hints

• Try to avoid any irritants that make your skin inflammation worse. These irritants could include chlorine, household cleaning products, pet hair, dust and certain plants.
• You can use cold packs on the affected area to help reduce inflammation.
• Wear clothes made from soft cotton that feel cool and comfortable next to your skin. It's best to avoid synthetic fibres or wool that can be scratchy and irritating.
• Over heating and over drying will make your skin inflammation worse, so avoid long hot showers or baths and try not to get too hot in bed at night.
• Use a gentle soap-free cleanser in the bath and shower.
