IsoWhey Fibre contains glucomannan, a highly soluble source of fibre which may help to induce a feeling of fullness. Studies suggest that when

combined with a calorie-controlled diet and regular exercise, additional fibre intake may assist weight loss efforts. Scientific evidence suggests that

soluble fibre may assist in the maintenance of normal healthy cholesterol and blood glucose levels.[1] Viscous fibres may slow the rate of digestion and

the absorption of food. They add bulk to the diet which may help to produce a feeling/sensation of fullness. These fibres may result in delayed gastric

emptying which may assist with healthy glucose tolerance and cholesterol levels. They help keep bowels regular and maintain bowel health. [2]
