Early research has shown both to be present in Broccoli Sprouts, and whilst we are confident that our sprout powder retains all the nutritional benefits of fresh broccoli sprouts - given that we have not yet had our powders formally tested for the above compounds we have decided to retract all reference to technical analysis and research results on our website and written material until our own products have been fully tested.
